      Software quality was very poor, Software looks like copy paste from somewhere Director expected only collection and sale, Not able to understand employees problems and their requirement, Salary not on time, Expenses in salary but not credited Software development was not to the requirment

      No pros....only cons...no future...bad company

      *Cons:* - Very poorly managed company with no work-life balance - Salaries are not paid on time. People have worked for 2+ months without getting paid - No future growth working here - There’s no management team. One person runs the entire company - He hires people for 4–5 months, delays salaries, and makes sure the work gets done but doesn’t pay on time - The environment is frustrating and pushes people to leave
