2. very high hygine at office 3. very good job security if and only if you behave good with managers and team leaders. 7. in bpo 6 % hike they give on avg. in limited 10% on an avg. 11. bus frequency is ver high and on time always n cover whole pune city decently. buses are luxerious and fancy and clean always. 12. no dress code . ware whatever u want. but boot are compalsary. 14. bpo employee get 2500 rs per month as a voice allowance if project need call picking job. infosys limited employee dont get this in any manner. this is called voice allowance. thsi is the only advantage bpo employee have over IL employee. 15, they hire minimal experienced person from outside compnay to lead the project and give them campus placed fresher guys to run project. so we can say infosys - driven by freshers , powered by laterals.
Cons
1:if you dont do bootlicking , no matter what your performance , no matter how u key resource of project , u will be sacked from company with politics. on contrary , if u r non performer but a boot licker then u will get good hike and job security. 4. on site depends on project to project . BPo got less opputernity . 5. bpo have just 40 rs per night allowance where as infosys limited have 400 rs night allowance. they print 1200 rs per shift night allowance to bluff employees. per shift means they consider as per month. 6. nothing is free inside campus . all things are chargable . parking 20 rs per days , transpost 1500 rs per month , canteen food is with hygene but no taste and no free . quite expensive i can say. 8. they dont have many big telecom clients . large portion they have is telestra (australia ), few projects from - level3 communications (US) and very few from at&t . whole british telecom projects they lost to rival company tech mahindra . 9. compalsory 9.15 hour policy. incase of mass firing floor timing and campus timing they calculate 1st. low timed employee fired 1st. 10. not at all pay master. pay very low as compared to other competetors. 13. bpo employee have 3 hour access to internet per day where limited employee have full day access. in short there is descrimination between bpo and limited employee. whenever u get offer always insist to get limited payrole . bpo pay role stinks. - bench period of bpo employee is just 45 days . if u dont get new project in 45 days u r fired. whereas limited pay role employee have bench period upto 6 months.
