Pros

Only Brand name nothing else. Don't join this Organization. Instead Stay jobless

Cons

I am Writing a review of Infosys BPO Ltd. There is a technical unit in Infosys BPO called TSO (Technology Solutions and optimization) . The employees of this unit works for Infosys technology ltd. But I will recommend please do not join this TSO Unit as they will spoil your carrer. There is clear discrimination between the employees of TSO(BPO) and Infosys Limited employees. Please don't this organisation, instead of joining this stay Jobless. You will never find a project in this unit. The managers of Infosys Technology Limited will take such TSO employees only for Billing purpose or Support Project which will last for a month or two and then you will release from that project. You will never learn new Things in your carrer. Salary is also very less according to the Infosys Technology Employees. They will earn money from your experience by mapping into a project for 6 month or less which is only for billing purpose and no work is allocated to you. Also there is no "work from home" facilities for such employees and very very very less chance for onsite opportunities. As you will not find the project so no chance of onsite. Allowances are also less as compared to Infosys Limited. Stay Say "DON'T JOIN THIS. STAY JOBLESS."

Pros

Relatively stable. Instead of being fired, if a contract with a client ends or the client is overstaffed. you are moved to another client. Clean facilities.

Cons

You have to weekly put in your hours in a system that can be troublesome. Work heavily depends on client you are put with. No remote possibilities at all even if the work can be completely remotely. Pay increases are limited to nonexistent unless switching to a trainer or team lead position. Equipment is outdated and problematic unless the client provides their own. Bad employee retention. Depending on client, training can be completely irrelevant to the actual job.
