No pros I can think of, if you write a review, they will write further fake reviews to enhance rating.
Cons
They will promise many things like they will provide traing once you join, after you join they will not even introduce you with team, forget the training, if you ask for it, you will be asked to learn new technologies at your own, Practice lead and manager will never come to office and WFH, you will feel sitting alone at office and clueless.Your calls will not be answered, your emails won't be replied. Practice lead behavior is very rude, they will not listen to you but enforce you with their views. In the starting they will say that you will be provided guest house, which is not a gurst house and HR manager will expect personal favour from you. If you are staying in Guest house(It's not a Guest house), HR stays in same flat and he will use every cheap tactics to harass you mentally. You will be expected to attend company annual events but at your own expenditure but if you ask for reimbursement HR will shout at you and will ask you to grow up as you are asking for reimbursement for tiny amount like Rs 5000/-. You will be asked to resign immediately even if you have rating of 3.5/5(5 being the best) and HR will say he will terminate you if you don't resign and he has 100 reasons to terminate you. Once you resign, you will be told that you will be given salary in 2 days but you keep chasing HR, Country Head or everyone, you emails and calls won't be answered, they will not send your experience letter even after asking 100 times, you will tired asking your salary break up, you wont get any answer. Your leave encashment will not be paid, moreover your full salary won't be paid, and you won't be able to get answers of your emails. Once your review is published, you will find another review with 5 star rating in following dates, you can check previous fake reviews also.
