Pros
In the last few years I have learnt many things which helped me in my professional & personal upgradation. Apart from the work I have had a time with fun and frolic. strong team of skilled employee is their strength so you will grow a lot in tough competition I have already referred my close friends in Infoway and would do so again
Cons
1) canteen & meal facility is not that good. 2) Leave policy needs improvement. In case of public holiday+weekend+leave it gets included altogether which creates problem 3) The extra bonus from client does not go totally to the concerned marketing executive but adds for department.
