Pros
If you want to work with some of the most kindest, intuitive, and smartest people you'll ever meet in the corporate workplace, this is the place to be. Not just in their US office, but globally as well in Bulgaria, Uruguay, UK, India, and Japan. The User Experience and Marketing groups has very creative people with unique and outside-the-box ideas adding to the value of the organization. There is an employee who genuinely cares about collaboration and wears her heart on her sleeve who might ask you to play games with her crew during lunch and welcomes you to the organization on your first day with open arms. The sales group, if provided the tools and resources, have the ability to become superstars because they are engaged and genuine. And there is an "Angel" in the organization who brings out the best in people and contributes heavily to the overall culture. Beyond the people, there is a nice building with plenty of amenities, fitness center, basketball court, ping pong table, pool table, video games, cafe, parties, and fun events.
