Pros
There is always good and positive Enviournment on the floor.
No Bossy culture. All are Equel.
Good platform to learn plenty of new technologies.
Cons
There is no Night Shift allowance.
Salary grades are a bit low.
Some TLO's playing back batting and not consider as a part of the team. Not share Vital things with us and always give an answer in a Diplomatic manner.

It's a place that promotes learning and has a growth culture. If you have the willingness to work hard and grow then this is the place for you. You'll get to lead teams very early on in your career if you show the willingness and the enthusiasm to learn.
Colleagues are awesome and the office environment is veryyy friendly. You'll thoroughly enjoy your time here.
The open door policy lets you talk and converse openly with the senior management.
