Pros

Salary based on experience Good work-life balance Abundance of referrals on a weekly basis Does not track your every move (micromanage) Not pushy with taking on new referrals Quick pay-they are fast with payroll to get everyone their money every 2 weeks, get it 1 or 2 days early depending on your bank

Cons

Very nit-picky and cliquey with this group of inter-office personnel Regional manager and office personnel stick together and take up for each other no matter if they are wrong or not They take documentation to a whole different level and ask you to double and triple document the very same thing that is already in the nursing note Management and office personnel stick together like glue by tagging each other in every email that field nurses send into a specific person They offer documentation classes to help those nurses who are struggling to live up to the office's expectations for that particular day (depending on how their feeling) but in all actuality they are the ones who need to take the class because NO ONE is on the same page Management and office personnel make up their own rules according to who you are and if they like you or not when auditing your documentation of patient charts, i.e., regional manager or office personnel may not like something you documented, but DON has no problem with it and will clear it

Pros

As someone who observes patient care regularly, I’ve been consistently impressed by the professionalism and effectiveness of the Director of Nursing at InfuCare Rx’s Pottsville facility. Leading clinical teams in such a complex care environment isn’t easy, yet she does it with confidence, clarity, and a strong commitment to patients. Her leadership sets the tone for a team that is attentive, skilled, and genuinely patient-focused. It’s clear that high standards are the norm here — not the exception. • Strong clinical leadership • Compassionate, responsive staff • Clear focus on patient safety and care quality • Professional and supportive work environment

Cons

The high standards and team expectations may be demanding for those who lack the necessary skill set, professionalism, or willingness to collaborate in a patient-centered environment
