This is the most flexible job and extremely rewarding if you are engaged and care about your work. Everybody is so kind and willing to help. Some of the most intelligent and passionate people in the industry work here. If you want a job where you are encouraged to learn new things and try new things without fear of failure then there is no better place to work. Compensation is generous, benefits are the best you’ll ever have, and the CEO is down to earth, engaged, caring, and works harder than anybody you’ll ever meet. He isn’t one of those CEOs that sits back while you pad his pockets. He is available to guide and answer questions and is the epitome of a good, strong leader. I left for a job in the corporate world and the difference was astounding. I truly felt at home at InfusionPoints and I hope to one day return and finish out my career there. There are many opportunities to grow within your career and try new roles and tasks. Work/life balance and culture are wonderful. Gary (the CEO) will tell you he isn’t a clock watcher. Family and self-care are important and he understands that. I never had any problems taking off work to pick my kids up, go to school events, go on vacation, or anything like that. The most laid-back work culture in existence as long as everybody pulls their weight.

This place is NOT for you if you aren’t a self-starter. You have to be willing to put in the work and struggle and learn new things. If you just want to show up each day and be told exactly what to do and how to do it then this isn’t the job for you. You have to be excited and passionate about actively finding new solutions and coming up with new ideas for unique problems. You cannot shy away from problems and make the assumption that there is no solution just because it hasn’t been done before. I don’t consider any of these a con at all, but if you’re looking for a repetitive job where you can just do enough to get by you won’t be happy here. That’s not to say you are expected to do more than you are asked, because that isn’t the case at all, but you won’t find yourself just doing menial tasks all day. Each job is really important and valuable for the overall success of the team and that’s something to be proud of and excited about, but it isn’t for those who just want to be lazy.

InfusionPoints prides itself on providing our large customer base with top-level, industry leading security services. I have watched the employees and management of InfusionPoints go above and beyond to provide these services for our customers. The customer base at InfusionPoints is truly awe inspiring, as they are doing "Big Business" in an area that is unexpected. Community. Less than 6months into my employment at InfusionPoints I watched the owner make a very generous donation to a Community Health Organization in honor of one of my family members. This was unexpected and truly appreciated! Time and time again, we are reminded of InfusionPoints' overall goal to bring good, high paying jobs to the county of Wilkes. The owners contribute a lot to the community and have an outstanding vision for the future of Wilkes. Employees. At InfusionPoints Employees are the core of everything we do. As a result the management of InfusionPoints strives hard to ensure employees are compensated well and have a good work/life balance. I have personally witness the owner telling people to unplug for a bit to regain focus. The flexibility that InfusionPoints offers is amazing. The ability to take care of business/customers and ensure your personal life remains equally balanced. Overall, InfusionPoints is doing Amazing Big Business while being Community focused and equally beneficial to it's employees.

While I am sure there are some who may look to find the negative; I however have worked for other business/companies that did not even come close to InfusionPoints. Read above...... I personally can't find a Con.
