Pros

Not sure what to add here, other than that it was close to my home

Cons

- Had to work on some weekends because of workload and could not ask for overtime because if we can’t meet the workload it’s because we are not skilled enough. - Get scolded a lot for not meeting expectations, even if expectations aren’t communicated effectively. If we don’t understand it it’s our fault of course. If we ask again and again to clarify, we don’t understand English. - If they can get to sign you for nothing, they would. - Not taking into account the poor boss, and closed to suggestions attitude, insulting attitude of the QA team I had on the client side, which I could not make a complaint of because of office politics, you could assess the work there as a very poor experience. If you include all those things, I don’t know what I would call it. If anyone thinks it’s because I’m incapable, just know that I am very happy in my current employment where I am valued as a member of the team in every aspect and my performance has been rated one of the best, which led me to receive the highest percentage given by my company during my annual appraisal process.
