I have had the privilege of working for Ingenium Talent twice in my career, and my experience with the company has been nothing short of exceptional. I initially joined Ingenium in 2019 as a Professional Recruiter. When I decided to take a break from my career to stay home with my young children, Ingenium was incredibly supportive. Fast forward a couple of years, when I was ready to return to the workforce, there was no need for me to explore other opportunities—I knew exactly where I wanted to be. I’m proud to say I am Ingenium’s first boomerang employee. When I expressed interest in transitioning from recruiting into more of an operations role upon my return, the company was flexible and open to accommodating this change. Since coming back, I have been promoted, and I have found the work-life balance to be exceptional—a critical factor for me as a parent of small children.
