I recently noticed a negative review and that information is plain and simple NOT the truth. I’ve worked with the Owner/President of Ingenium Talent for over 10 years. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his company. Ingenium provides all employees the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities within their role if they want and is often highly encouraged. The owner and other senior members of the team are always willing to provide guidance/training at any time in any situation. We have recently been awarded as the 10th fastest growing company in Louisville, have 3 straight years of improvement on the INC 5000 list (fastest growing companies nationally), and have been awarded “Best Places To Work" in Kentucky. We have the greatest team assembled and they all truly care for each other and love to see each other succeed. We celebrate everyone’s professional wins, birthdays, personal accomplishments/milestones, we all know each other’s families, have many happy hours together, and get involved at local community fundraising events. I highly recommend working here and joining our work-hard/play-hard atmosphere. The Owner has a strong understanding of the business, does a great job helping me build my skill set, recognizes successes, encourages collaboration, and truly cares for the employees, clients we serve, and the candidates we help daily. Ingenium genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. Everyone in this office fully supports one another professionally and personally.
