Fair Market Pay, Excellent Benefits and compensation plan. Local team is friendly to work with.
Cons
Turnover is a problem. Extremly Unhappy employees with upper non-local management. Very corporate America, at the end of the day you are just a number. "Do more with less people" mentality.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re pleased to hear that you are satisfied with your pay and benefits and valued your work with the local team.
At Ingersoll Rand we value and care deeply about our employees. We continue to be inspired by their ingenuity, innovation and commitment to serve one another and our customers. Part of our culture of ownership and accountability includes working as efficiently as possible, prioritizing and focusing our efforts on what will deliver the most value – and make our employees, partners and customers successful. We understand there is always room for improvement and we will continue our efforts to foster an environment where our employees are recognized for their many contributions.
The marketing department is led by people who earned their roles through personal relationships and nepotism, not merit. Leaders here run good people into the ground and call it “working in a fast-paced environment.” Numerous talented employees have been wrongfully pushed out simply for speaking up against unrealistic expectations or calling out genuinely harmful behavior. It’s not a fast-paced culture, it’s a toxic one with a revolving door.
