The Youth Divion is transparent and empathetic and the really look out for the best interest and welfare of their teams, from Director downwards.

Cons

Not all divisions show as much transparency and there seems to be an element of mirco-management by some managers

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
