Pros

Professional organisation where people genuinely look out for each other, like soldiers at war heading towards their impending doom Job satisfaction of moving someone into work, changing lives Therese Rein seems to really care about what the company is trying to do Good salary.

Cons

A lot of my colleagues left this company either through stress or ill health, at least one of my colleague had a heart attack, most of my colleagues took a pay drop just to get out of here Stressful targets, really stressful. One example of a colleague who took a month off to get married and travel on honeymoon but was still expected to hit target that month - this really happened. If you don't mind moving someone into what you know to be a dead-end job then you are a WINNER in this company, you will get paid more and you will be allowed to apply for other jobs within the organisation. If you see the short-sightedness of this solution and have morals you will remain a hamster on a never-ending wheel of being patronised and managed to death.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
