      Pros

      I guess the biggest emphasis why someone would chose to work in Ingeus is opportunity for development, diversity, flexibility in work life balance and career development. They support a hybrid way of working and trust& support their employees to do their job.

      Cons

      A fast paced environment with a lot of change, which in some cases can be perceived as not being able to keep up. Unclear targets at times.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
