      Pros

      I enjoy working with people and I enjoy admin. I feel Ingeus give you everything you need, to improve your skills, and develop professionally. Such as opportunities for training, great all round work experience in many areas, and hands on practical support from management.

      Cons

      Caseloads are sometimes heavy. However, there is open effort from management to ensure work/life balance.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
