Pros

Work time is ok. Expenses for travel, parking, equipment is a plus.

Cons

Onboarding process is terrible, no structure or organisation to it. Management don't actually walk you through the onboarding process for new recruits, most of that is learnt by the actual workers. Management also give workers differing messages which are contradictory or confusing. Online training is useless and rather pointless. Salary is poor given the caseloads. KPIs and metrics obsessed. IT systems are outdated and slow. 8 weeks into my position and I still don't have access to IT systems so I can't do my role properly which management are picking me up for which isn't my fault. You have to be careful what you say around certain managers, they like to twist things.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
