Pros

You get to learn something new everyday because the company is committed to doing everything in its industry and using every tool the industry has to offer. They call them selves a boutique style company. Great for building experience and moving to another company where those talents will be better appreciated. Flexible time scheduling and if you need to take a day off the company is very forgiving.

Cons

No one knows what they are doing because management is running around like a chicken without a head. Projects are never organized because there is a disconnection between IT and the rest of the staff. While it's not their fault but they need to be included more in meetings with the team to know our frustration with all of the software we use. Maybe if IT was more involved with our frustrations they would be able to solve or at least provide solutions to the day to day operations. Work here is very stressful as the company is constantly understaffed and employees have to wear multiple hats. The company had key people leave which once was up for the challenge of taking everything on themselves, but now the work has split amongst all the employees which the cycle of everyone not knowing what to do starts all over again. Also there is no culture here, only the mentality "I come here for a pay check and go home". You walk through those doors and straight into your cubicle. Because there is no culture, management comes off as rude and condescending, which if you do not have a strong personality it can really make you upset or worse for most people walk out crying. This does not help the overly stressed day of never ending pile up of work. A lot of the issues at hand are stemming from the fact the owners of the business are still the President and Vice President. This of course causes personal conflicts where they do not think what's best for the business but rather what's best for their pockets or their own interest. So decisions are never made to a standard.

Pros

Time Off, Vacation, Insurance Benefits, Retirement Plan

Cons

So many. Employees working overtime to get a job done that they aren't correctly trained for. There is zero training. Mistakes are constant. Can't believe they haven't been sued or shut down. Managers have the smallest amount of work but like to throw their weight around making their minions work extra. If you're not in the "In" Group you're ignored for activities outside of work and on getting your opinion about what is happening or could be made better. The owners are clueless about the business they are in, but act like they are the deal. If you want a promotion, good luck, since the least qualified get promoted.
