      Struggling with an answer for this.

      Cons

      Stiffling bureaucracy. The uninformed making decisions they have no business making. A layer of elites while others are told "let them eat cake". No recognition unless you are in the clique. An absolutely TERRIBLE procurement system that none want to admit is destroying productivity. Poor pay. RUN AWAY!
