      Pros

      Part-time - management was very good about scheduling around other jobs & responsibilities . Hourly wage for worker coming in with prior experience was great! $2.00 more an hour than beginning employees. Great boss - with consistent feedback on what you are doing well & "suggestions" on what you might do a bit better. A real team environment - with everyone supporting what needs to get done

      Cons

      A bit difficult to snag full time hours (with benefits). Really no other complaints.

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
