Strong locally based company that is an industry stalwart in this area. The company is also growing at a steady rate both sales wise and store footprint wise
Cons
There are no in-depth training programs for new hires nor are there any of these for employees who have been with the company for a while and are attempting to grow. This leads to a bit of an unorganized environment at times, which leads to poor morale and heavy turnover. It seems like every store is on their own program sometimes
