      Pros

      Good company with Great Benefits. As well as Payed Holiday On December 25th Plus you get to know and talk with many or all customers who shop there.

      Cons

      Maybe the only thing to me is calling me in all the time on my days off and the five years I was there I only had five days vacation which was my last five days there.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
