      There is nothing good about this company they skate through the health regulation rules.

      Cons

      The most unsantiary food conditions salad bar items removed stored on rack stored in cooler with no protective wrap flipped in another pan in am and served to customers as fresh will be served for days no record keeping

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
