-Be prepared for comments like, "I thought you were smarter than that" and my favorite, "You are clearly underqualified for the job" 1 month after receiving a bonus. -They do not respect women who bring new ideas to the table -HR is the wife of the only problematic partner at the company, any type of issue you are having will be swept under the rug. I was at the company for 3 months when I received a generous bonus for doing exceptional work and helping with revit. Exactly one month later, in front of my cowork who left the company shortly after, I was called "incompetent" and "underqualified." The reason behind the sudden change in the partner's behavior is because I was a woman who bought a strong set of new technology skills that he did not have and was threatened by. Sadly he felt the need to "put me in my place" by saying such harsh and immature words.
