Extremely easy, minimal oversight and relaxed environment. Pay was good considering the level of work- easiest job I have ever had in my entire life.
Cons
No phones allowed inside the building, very boring work environment with distractions not allowed. Difficult to show your skill level because you aren't allowed to do much of anything.
