Great quality manager. Very kind and caring for his employees. Great overtime. Free food on weekends. Parking is ok. The people i work with is very kind and easy to work with.

You are quality as a whole. You do a lot of quality processess by yourself because they lack manpower so you overwork yourself. Production dont respect quality decisions. Bully culture. Quality engineers are very rude and unprofessional.
No proper training for both production and quality department. Process flow is not followed regularly. They pressure you to come weekend and if you don't they make you feel bad saying this will affect your review. There is nothing as optional in this workplace. Everything is mandatory. Clients walk around and bother employees all the time.
