Pros
It's an international environment, although most employees are Japanese, since the work requires a lot of travelling and dealing with foreign countries the company culture is quite open-minded.
Cons
It's not a typical Japanese company, but it still has some of the bad points such as bad IT/internal network, and slow decision-making. But the top management is French/European, which tends to improve this.
