Pros

Very strong focus on delivery and very high bar and very steep learning curve

Cons

Very fast pace and not everyone will keep up. Those who fall behind will have a hard time keeping up and will have a very bad experience

Pros

You’ll learn how not to run a company. If you’re into chaos, unpredictability, and emotionally draining environments, this place will feel like home. You may build resilience, mainly because you'll have to. Occasionally, you’ll work with smart, hardworking peers who are trying their best despite the leadership. Fast-paced environment, but mostly because priorities change every other day.

Cons

I’ve never encountered a leader as toxic, narcissistic, and cheap as the CEO of this company. He thrives on belittling employees, creating a culture of fear rather than motivation. Public humiliation is his go-to tactic, whether tearing someone down in a meeting or making condescending remarks behind their back, he ensures that people feel small rather than supported. Hypocrisy runs deep here. He constantly demands structured processes and accountability, yet the company operates in chaos. There are no real workflows, just his shifting opinions and impulsive decisions. When things inevitably fall apart, blame is conveniently passed down the ladder. And if you're thinking of checking reviews to get the real story, good luck. Any honest negative feedback mysteriously disappears. The company actively removes or buries critical reviews, creating a false image of positivity and progress. It’s all a façade. This is not a place for growth, respect, or long-term success. It’s a revolving door of talent burned out by micromanagement and emotional manipulation. Think twice before stepping into this mess, you deserve better.
