- wfh - salary - there's always something to learn about/work on/improve

- processes change day by day - gaslighting - difficult/inefficient communication - lack of organization - useless micromanagement that could've been avoided by setting up clear rules and using professional language - lack of trust in their employees - constantly changing processes which are making everything more confusing and time consuming without improving anything in fact - there's no actual HR department - they're constantly using "cultural differences" as an excuse for their abusive behavior somehow implying that a culture is better than another or that one culture should shift its values so that it matches the other
