The owners come around only during Christmas and bring brownies and candy. They give you Holiday discounts and Credits.
Cons
This place needs a whole new staff throughout the building. Certain departments talk among each other. It's sad that management is friends with the production manager but have a problem for supervisors to be friends with regular staff. This place is full of snakes. *DONT DO IT* If the owners know anything about what's going on in production they really don't care because of the lenght and time some employers have been there. So they look over how petty their management is. I think certain people in management is prejudice. Never go to the Owners about management issues, there not going to listen. The owners are really close with management. They don't care.
