Management is the exact opposite. Simon props up the US Managing Director who manages by intimidating staff while he makes no personal contribution to the business. He’s never met with senior client leadership and hasn’t contributed a dime of revenue since he’s been in the states. If he disappeared tomorrow the US operation would begin to grow and morale would improve overnight. The boiler room telephone sales strategy is a dismal failure.
