Recently we have revised our recruitment strategy, hired new industry professionals, invested heavily in training and development, worked on appraisals and tackled our internal challenges. Our strategy incorporates continuous development in all our operational fields – whether that’s sales, editorial, creative or financial side of business.
Ink has a high performing culture, and all our employees are invited to engage in daily activities (that take place during working hours), (over)perform, and have fun at work (yes, our motto is work hard, play hard). Sales targets at Ink are realistic – they are increased from time to time to allow for new challenges and none of our sales teams has failed to achieve them.
