Management was a pleasure to work with and gave great feedback, helping me improve

They are a smaller company and don't always have the ability to hire on trainees

The only pro is that you are paid on time

There is no bonus - they will try and use the game of 'discretionary' but for all the time I was there, no one (apart from the CEO I presume) received a bonus
