Pros
Non-stressful atmosphere, nice office. It depends on the department, but overall, my managers were great. However, there were a lot of complains on the top manager of our department.
Cons
Lack of any kind of education. Unable to apply the experience I gained there to any other employer due to specifics of work. There's very little chance of salary and career advancement for technical positions.
