8yInmar policy requires that all associates operate ethically and any reports of unethical behavior are taken seriously and investigated. In addition to an internal escalation process, team members have an 800 line to report unethical behavior - anonymously if they wish. Members of Great Teams/HR investigate a situation as soon as they are made aware and address it with the party involved and their manager. Additional confidential corrective action is taken when appropriate.
As a team, we are committed to continuous improvement of processes and the work environment and are receptive to feedback. We operate in an open door environment at Inmar. All levels of management are open to listening to and reacting to concerns raised by team members.
