Pros

Good pay and PTO offered.

Cons

The CFO sets a stage for his high and mid level managers for back-biting, blaming other/scapegoats,, etc. it is run with horrible ethics and no integrity. His commander type attitude does not allow for errors, mo matter how small or if that persons fault. They state they encourage innovation and thus lack of project success is accepted as it is worth the try, but that is a bold lie. They will make up reasons to write people up if they want them out due to salary, etc. Ageism is very real here. One month you are gold, next you are not because they have hired the CFO’s old friend and they need to cut heads. The finance departments are completely dysfunctional due to the scare tactics used. Everyone is afraid to make any kind of move or decision. As long as the CFO is there it will not change. I’m not sure that it doesn’t start with the CEO. but couldn’t say for sure. Work/life balance is nonexistent

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of Inmar for several years. We’re glad you’ve felt the impact of our investment in training and our strong, positive culture both are intentional priorities for us. We also understand that our complex, highly regulated environment can create challenges day to day. We’re actively working to streamline processes and increase clarity where we can, and we encourage associates to raise specific concerns with their managers so we can continue improving together. We appreciate your feedback and your contributions.
