Pros
Short 5 hour shifts from either 8 AM-1 PM or 345 PM- 8 PM, easy to catch on quickly and pick up what this business is all about.
Cons
Quantity over Quality in regards to phone calls. All about the dials here. You end up calling people who have already been previously contacted multiple times and weren't interested from the beginning. Also, starting off you get handed leads that are outdated by months, while full time employees got leads that were much more recent and easier to book an appointment. Expected to make hundreds of calls daily, and if your unable to book an appointment by noon after being there for a few weeks then they'll send you home early. You'll be on the phones the entire shift.
