Pros

This company is fabulous and I hate to leave! I am relocating to an area where they do not manage hotels and it breaks my heart. I have interacted with staff, managers and corporate trainers at 3 different hotels where I work and everyone is positive, upbeat and shows trust in the employees to do the right thing. Empowerment is a frequent conversation and I never felt afraid to "do the right thing" when it came to taking care of a guest issue.

Cons

Wish schedules could be posted more than 1 week in advance but understand the nature of the industry. In general staffing is relatively the same so consider giving better notice of schedules so we can make plans.
