      Everyone is really helpful and supportive A wide range of clients in different sectors so lots of variety Projects across all aspects of reward including benchmarking, reward strategy, bonus design, job evaluation, gender pay and equal pay There is lots of knowledge and experience in the team to learn from You have autonomy to manage your own projects

      It can be challenging juggling the needs of multiple clients
