      Pros

      Flexible hours, can do the work at home, minimal office time, paid training.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, untimely. Management can't answer questions when asked. Insufficient training for the type of expectations presented. Poor communication. Management does not keep up with work. Paid minimally for the work you do. Unpaid travel. Damage done to your car is not insured. No benefits. Inconsistent payment. Jealousy within the office. Unfair treatment. Management plays "favorites".

      A small business that appears personable.

      Cons

      Unhealthy work environment. Inconsistent pay. Does not treat workers with dignity and respect. Poor and inconsistent communication between workers and management regarding policies, tasks, etc. Does not hold management to the same standard employees are held to which creates conflict in the workplace. High turnover rate
