Pros

The lovely members create a family away from home and select staff who don't compete against each other or hoard information to filter to Senior Management for nefarious purposes.

Cons

Centre managers, HR and Senior management target the most competent when they feel threatened via applied knowledge, experience, new ideas. HR is used as a tool to remove staff when Senior Management give them the nod utilizing tactics which is strictly against their own code of conduct. There has never been any true accountability for the improper actions taken against staff as HR protect them by making the staff who brought the grievances to light the enemy

Great pay & facilities. Easy to access venue.

Cons

-The managers are hired from odd backgrounds its as if they were hired because they knew someone. -Their management style is 'divide and conquer' and they listen to gossiper and trouble maker rather than team player. I watched very great people be thrown under the bus - Theres a culture of shaming -There are certain staff who make up lies about others, and always try to one up. These facilities are meant to be about the community- there ought to be a strong team because the community relies upon these facilities - They are very money making focussed which is great but you need to remember your roots.
