The Innervate management structure is very flat which makes the decision making process very simple. There is a great deal of enthusiasm and making a difference or introducing ideas is welcomed. The company is run as a business in a transparent way but does not forget to have some fun along the way.

Innervate is moving at pace and its people have to move in line with that pace. Previous constraints are off and the transformation does create healthy tension. Anybody wanting to work for Innervate needs to be up for a challenge and have the ability to be inventive and perform on instinct sometimes.

Real signs that being independent from Ciber group will make things better for us in the uk. Lots of change and hard work ahead and its nice to be working with people that actually care about people. Its beginning to feel like it used to.

Dont have the mass of Ciber to hide behind, but in a way that lets us focus on what we've been good at.
