Innisbrook is a great place to work! You can genuinely feel that all the associates enjoy working here. HR and the management team do a great job of making everyone feel their worth and importance to the Resort. It is a wonderful environment to go to work in every day.
Cons
I can't think of a single con of working at Innisbrook. The property is beautiful and all the staff is amazing. Great benefits and perks for working for Salamander!
Starting pay $17/hr
120hrs PTO
Free Golf
Discount on apparel
Lunch at Employers Expense
Golfers/members very vocally appreciative of Golf course condition & groundkeepers
Groundskeepers culture is strong.

Cons
For Groundskeepers:
Huge disconnect from Grounds Maintenance Department and upper-level management
1 year pay raise ranges from 0-0.60$ (cannot exceed)
No paid sick-leave
Work schedule early start times for tournements are erratic and often advised 1 day prior.
Condition of Grounds equipment is medoicre-poor.
Current work schedule of 12 days on, 2 days off—but only hitting 80hrs for biweekly paychecks.
Overtime very rarely allowed (OT only around Valspar Tournement and 2 months prior).
