Pros
- You get to work with super workaholic teams. They never seem to get tired. It's unusual to see. - If you are looking to settle down in Indore then this company would not disappoint you in terms of expected salary, they well well. - Opportunities to hone your skills - they work on all latest cutting edge technologies, which gives good opportunity to learn new things
Cons
- But obvious - the work timing. They say its 12-9 pm, however nobody (except girls) moves until its midnight. I have seen people coming at 2 pm and leaving next morning. They should declare a separate night shift instead of tweaking the general shift. - Infrastructure - They have 4 office spaces in 2 adjacent buildings, which is mediocre and old. half of the teams sit in big cabins (8-10 people in a big table). Few office spaces have stinky washrooms with water leakage problems occasionally. Long point short - you wont get any big MNC feel in the office. - HR/Admin policies - There are no clear HR/Admin policies or induction to new joinee and you have to ask everything - PF, Leave policy etc.
