Pros

I had a very nice and warm welcome, this is also because of several events, e.g. the Dragonboat Race and the weekly "Come together". But besides this, they already have structures and implemented processes, which makes to me a professional impression.

Cons

The plan for my induction was not really finished, so that I didn't know my first task at the beginning. But this changed.

The company is very interested in your personal growth, and there are lots of opportunities to learn new skills. You're encouraged to take initiatives and pursue projects that you think would help your community or InnoGames.

There is very little onboarding
