Pros

I only recommend this job to people who are recent college graduates and/ or have never been in the aerospace and defense (A&D) and want to further develop their career. Absorb as much as you can before they pigeonhole you into program or role that you don’t like and then find somewhere else to work. You’ll thank yourself later for it. The one good thing I’ll say is the fellow employees that you struggle with. You’ll meet some really smart and cool people who have a drive and passion for spacecraft technology advancement. Unfortunately, they lose their drive pretty quickly due to how poorly the executives manage the company. I certainly did.

Cons

Unless you are a recent college graduate looking to get your foot in the aerospace and defense (A&D) industry, I recommend you stay away from this place. The executives of the company are some of the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. They knowingly lie and overestimate to potential clients and customers about delivery dates on products. It’s the only way that they’re able to compete within the cubesat market. And it reflects onto the employees, who are overworked, underappreciated, and underpaid. They are not given the resources or tools to be set up for success from the start and are usually blamed for when things go poorly. But if your physical and mental health are not primary concerns of yours, and you’re looking to make some money, I recommend adding a 50%-100% increase to your asking salary, and don’t budge on it. It's the only reasonable excuse I can see as to why someone would ever join this company.
