Pros

Good benefits, Fair pay, Nice co-workers

Cons

Absolutely horrid experience. The first week of work with no laptop provided until the end of the week. I had to set up meetings to train myself. I had to find out what was needed on my laptop in order to do my job myself. No training was done by the staff concerning various programs needed to do my job. No support from my boss to weave my job into the structure (it was a new position). I was just expected to take over after a superficial conversation about what the department does & how it does it. I've heard from others (one who quit after 6 months during my 3rd week there) that it doesn't get any better. They just sit you down and say "work" without training or support. She said she spoke to someone in IT who still didn't know what their job was after a year on the job.

Pros

I truly love my coworkers and the team I work with. Everyone is genuinely here for the patients, and we consistently go above and beyond to make sure they are cared for properly. There is a strong sense of teamwork and shared purpose across the organization. Leadership is approachable and listens when issues are raised, and I appreciate that they take action to help fix problems rather than just acknowledge them. As the company continues to grow quickly, new initiatives and changes are communicated clearly, which helps teams feel informed and supported. Innovacare puts a great deal of effort into taking care of its patients, and that mission is felt throughout the organization.

Cons

Work‑life balance can be challenging at times, especially with the high volume of patients and the level of care we strive to provide. However, the work is very rewarding, and knowing that we are helping keep patients healthy, supported, and out of the hospital makes the extra effort worth it
