My, oh my. Where do I begin? Not much to list out. By chance and a twist of fate that lead us all to this wonderful place, I was lucky enough to meet a few awesome coworkers (no credit to the company there) of all different walks of life.
Cons
Is there a character maximum? From an insulting, unprofessional, mind-boggling HR department to terrible management, "home-grown" systems and software, and a headache every day from unnecessary long hours, I could go on and on about this place. Two pieces of advice: - If you're a millennial, or consider yourself a person with any hopes, dreams or a life, look somewhere else. They really picked up the, "We're a great place to work after college!" spiel around the time I started. It's not, and I felt my duties and role as a whole were explained VERY differently from the interview vs. the actual work. - Do research on the history of this company...you might find something interesting you would want to know before committing as an employee. A few Google searches will suffice. Pro Tip: The name was not always Innovairre Communications. That is all .
