The people I work with are awesome, despite the company.
Cons
Where to begin... Lousy health insurance, lousy pay with tiny raises that don't even cover cost of living. Many employees have to work a second job in order to stay afloat. Any benefits we had, like summer hours, relaxed time off/sick time, casual fridays, picnics ... have all been taken away with no real reasons. No bonuses unless you are upper management. Owners don't know their employees at all. They wait until you are leaving to ask you what they should change... but don't listen. Nothing ever changes. And they are moving our jobs to India and continue to lie to us about it to our faces. Not everyone is treated equally.
